Nice Flyer Nate!

Today oh boy today well I went out and posted my flyers and went and put an ad in with the paper. I hope this comes to something or I just wasted my time. Came home and got to crackin on my tires got them mounted. Man thoes little things have some stiff tread makes em a pain to mount. But I got em done. sanded out my little damages due to mounting then washed em and taped em up around the rims. Lots of time into that. Then wrapped em with paper and shot the primer onto the rims thats about it for the day didnt do much else but it was a really nice day here today. Was about 60 i bet. and now the photos

My Question why didn't you paint them before mounting the tires. I usually do that and lots of liquid soap mount from the back side usually don't scratch them up. I know working on fresh paint is tough on the nerves though the model As we do are done slow so we don't scratch them but it happens on occasion we just touch up.

well thats the funny thing with these rims lol the valve stem is on the back side and so is the smaller lip but i use tire spoons and soap so i bugger up the edge on the paint a little so to fix that i use this method lol sooner or later it will be for not cuse ill rub the rim against something and scuff it any way lol

lets see not a real productive day about 40 degrees out with misting rain so between mists i got my yellow painted onto the rims should be dry enough to untape and put the tires on tomorrow then i can start work on getting an 8 hp together i have plan whaa lol hopefully i got the correct crank shaft back in the shed to make it work IDK yet we will have to investigate but as for now thats about it i did actually watch the crapsman truck race today or should i say the campingworld trucks oops anyhows onto the pics

todays progress this am i went out untaped the wheels and got them back on the 100 good news the oil was coming out the crank cave vent cover not the pan gasket so i am good to go there and i looked at the pulley real quick i just might get that 11hp elcectric pTO to go on there then i started a little mock up on the shop press u guys can tell me if its big enough or beefy enough then i set up the little paint booth and started spraying the barn quilt u guy that havent heard of these google it it should show up ours is scaled to the scale of our barn they are normally 8ft/8ft other then that not much else for the day

[img]https://motomow.forumotion.com/[/img]I was looking at your stuff I see you have a MF8 I just picked one up also Mine is not an original someone put a snowblower engine in it but it runs good. can't really complain for 40. it starts, drives and the deck works.

ahh yes my mf 8 i havent taken the time to look at it but when it was advertised it was suposed to have been a MF 10 not an 8 talk about disapointed but i like the way they look urs however is in better condition than mine i might make mine a doner mower for another its is a most definitely rough machine its suposed to run though i havent even taken the time to look at it yet but if u need something from it i might be able to help

I basicaly just looked mine over quick not sure as to when I will get to it had a couple people email me on it they must have saw it here on the site. I will keep you in mind if I need anything if you decide to part it. my buddy got a mf10 and I liked it and this one just popped up I couldn't say no. Maybe just clean it up and fund the case restore...

today i basicly didnt get much done lol i did get an 8hp together that i think will work in the 100 there is a minor fiasco with the upper seal its an o ring now so we will see how that works it is the upper seal but its jerry rigged i havent fired it but i did a good job of making a mess of the shop u will see
