But as for now well today i stored some stuff and cleaned up the yard a little stuff tends to get thown out the door of the shop durig the winter and i made a stencil for a guy for the Heider coaster wagon that we got thats an upcoming project hope u all will like this

gotta tell ya nate you are one busy guy it's still winter to!! lol.

ok guys today was a decent day lol rained this am so that ruled out straitening out the shed i did take the trailer tire down to get it put on the rim cuse we just couldnt get her done lol
i helped the guy with it a bit and he said ill catch ya next time when i went to pay him so good deal there i did get my tires today now i have the leaning tower of tires in the shop i also got a murry self propelled mower fixed and runnign the gas tank us full of sand and had sticks and stuff in it i changed the oil the blade was bent and on upside down too but anyshos on to the pics

I had one of those murrays like that with a 4 HP B&S, cept it wasnt SP. Good little mower. I transplanted that motor into my Murray rider and it works pretty good in there.

yeah it was a good deal paid 36 dollars for the fronts and 125 for the 3 rears so i got an extra one that i might sell or keep for later on idk yet

ok what did i do today well not much i did get that tire back on the trailer and took the one we bought and put it in the truck as a spare cuse its a lighter load range i did get my 238 hotwheels sold today that was about 60 bucks i really cut the price on them and also i listed the murrey on craigs list for 35 dollars got one promising call on it sounds like and then we went out to the barn and organized some stuff then back into the shop and i scrapped out about 40 pounds in aluminum and thats about it for the day sorry no pics today lol its cold out but tomorrow should be better i get the crank for the 15hp ohv back and pick up that JD 60 good news on it the guy said he had the 8hp shaft turned down to work with the old pulleys so thats a plus i can just transplant that and the deck lift onto the 100 since it has the correct 8hp for the 100 and then all i got to do is find another deck lift for the 60 the engine pulley set and a steering wheel and engine covers for the 100 then im done i think lol but the 100 should come along real quick here in the next week looks like i kinda wasted some time on that 11 hp but anyways at least i have a tank to use on other apps and i also still have the 11 hp to use yet

Not bad for one day nate, was too cold here today to do anything. Was about 6f here i think and real windy

Well i home for the day got some scenery pics and a pic of a really big rock got the 60 home its got issues but i think i can get the parts i need to end up only needing a stering wheel and new dash plastic for the 100 and i got some more 60 parts coming in may so this may become a project too lol we will see heres the pics

Is that one light enough to ship about 1000 miles?

Also, does a 100 and an 80 round fender add up to a 180 round fender??

I might buy a deer shooting target, name it john, and add round fenders on it for antlers.

hey moto the kicker is i think i got 2 more decks 3 engines and the deck lift mech coming in may from a guy on WFM we plan to meet at the Ankeney IA metting in May hopefully the 100 will be in decent shape by then this 60 however is a ways off and getting farther by the minute lol and oh yeah i did say that its amazing what an add on craigs and constant surfing of craigs list does for u and werent u getting new "tools" this weekend where is they huh

oh and i forgot i got the crank back for the 15.5 hp briggs he did all surfaces lol for 12 bucks just polished em all lol what a great guy

yeah so far ive got two backouts for tomorrow i think grrr so back to craigslist they go lol

and oh yeah KW idk if the 60 will be a resto will know come may though but most likely will be i got a few things to do in the mean time though lol just a few lol u all will see

nope not the right engine but its the right one for the 100 and ken im shure the 60 is worth more in the end but by getting parts offf this 60 for the 100 is alot better for now i think cuse i got an engine for the 100 now and also i may have the parts that i take off the 60 coming in may so its all good lol but yeah i plan on doing the 60 too we will see

oh god guys well that 8 hp that i had high hopes for that was on the 60 went right out the window oh boy u will not believe this i did notice some jb weld on the block and hoped that i could save the crank and put it in one of my blocks but that went right out the window i opened it up and found that yes it did throw a rod at one time the the guy "who was a mechanic" put a new piston and rod in it however didnt do a good job or had no clue on small engines cuse the oilslinger was missing all the teeth to throw oil and no the were not in the block so he put it back in like this also this caused the upper syrobalacer bearign to go out and i too k photos of the JB weld fix on the block man what was that guy thinkin he didnt even get all the aluminum from the old rod out of the block some was stuck in the cam gear teeth oh its a mess so htat idea is hot and now onto the 60 its self well the rear is messed up IDK if it can be salvaged yet got one wheel off of it and the keyway is wallered out in it and the other wheel is stuck on i hope i can save the rear and the guy hacked out several parts of the frame the deck lift handle has been repaired at one time but looks like i can still use it so htats a plus and i got the engine pulleys but am lacking the deck egagement rods yet so thats out still oh boy what else oh yeah got the engine off of the crafts man dad has a kooky plan for the frame before i can scrap that out and i also plowed the drive with the R this am from yesterdays snow boy oh boy but the good news is the hoood for the 60 is realy nice yet some minor damage to the front edge and thats it i really dont think the 60 was worth the trip as of now but who knows i may change my opionion later and now the pics





























what kills me is the guy said yeah i should be able to put a batt and gas in and it should be good well i alwasy plan on the engine being shot anyhow just i had hoped on this one thats what i get i guess

Wow Nate hard to believe that the guys a mechanic. Ive put those oil slingers on backwards before, but figured that out real fast and fixed it, but to not put it in altogether is real bad. Sucks when things like that happen.

well i think u mis read johnny look at the oil slinge again its missing all the teeth except one and he put it back in like that which in turn starved the top half of the engine suprised it didt seize

ah yea my bad. Kind of a stupid move putting fixing the motor and not replacing the oil slinger. Im sure that the price of the oil slinger is nothing compared to what the parts it protects is.

got some more done tonite the 100 actually looks like a mower i also got my other stuff stored again man i mocked up the wheels on the 100 to see what they will look like not bad i think
i am ready to start overhauling the rims too now so we will start that tomorrow
