that minibike is super that orange mower is has a weird engine lol it probably needs points condenser and the fuel system cleaned its mostly around 2.5-3.0 hp now we more pics!!!!

well guys the clinton engine runs on that little orange mower all i have to do is clean the carb out cuse i had it runnign with the old spray bottle in the carb tric i picked up a dynamark today and sold a mower i havent even finished yet and i scrapped out the dls craftsman today and the little blue biggs lawn mower but i kept the engnine and we also got our mower out of the shed and got it runnig cuse the batt was dead so now its ready to get serviced tomorrow and i did a snapper zero turn repair sharped the bladed on it washed it up and put a tube in the tire thats what i traded the dynamark for the dynamark runs with the old spraybottle trick too and i found a 22 hp kohler motor for 200 bucks working on getting the details on it

well guys i got that 22 hp kohler motor its ready to go onto the newer crapsman and i picked up a murrey rider looks like crap but ill blend it with the dynamark and get a running one out of the two adn i got an mf 16 in today had to put a new plug in it and then the whole belt issues with it but for now i got some pictures of my lot man im swamped in right now need to take a few days and bust some stuff out again

but today i was parusing the WFM classifieds and found something for 350 bucks it runs and drives around needs alot of tlc but she is complete so thats a good deal its a "66" so tell me what yall think yes i bought it now my business account is at zero again so darn it but i got some stuff to sell yet so im not broke yet so all i need is a 70 and a 112 RF to finsih out the collection man i need to join a program this is horrible but anyways i will be going back to this guys house for more stuff in the future its a pot of gold i tell ya oh and i got my seat for the 100 today so its now complete

Wow Nate, you are doing really awesome with the RFs lately, and you still have to take pics of the whole RF group in front of your barn, so have at it. Oh and send me that Clinton mower.

oh boy today was a long day got up at 4 am and got ready 515 i loaded up the truck and headed to iowa mow day was a good day got my 60 parts looks like i should almost have it complete with what i got today didnt get a shot of all the parts but it was a hood the deck three engines adn the clutch systme and all the deck linkage ect guy buit this little machine out of his 60 i like it modeled after an L but onto the pics got home mowed my yard and trimmed it had to fix our push mower and tune the trimmer but anywhos

oh yeah with this many mowers it takes 15 min to mow 5 acres lol and the 100 mowed a little today needs new belts cuse it would slip in the thicker grass but the shorter thin stuff it did ok with

today i finished up a snapper self propelled and put some stuff away and started work on a crapsman engine swap almost done with it now tomorrow will be the moment of truth to see if i wasted 200 bucks on that engine or not its a 22hp twin kohler with 500 hours on it i tossed the dice on it hope it works out for me

well guys the 22 hp runs pretty good and now to sell it sticking a price of 600 on the mower the mower itself has 280 hours on it the engine has 500 but doenst smoke or knock so it should last a while yet and i did one repair job today was a push mower with briggs motor needed the plastic carb swapped out on it and serviced it too while i was at it so that was a quick in and out took me all of an hour to do lol and i got some new stuff again lol and i have a line on a 112 RF with no motor for 50 bucks going to look at it this thurs or friday we shall see what progresses need some cash quick yet and i fibbed heres some pics lol oh and the snowblower acutally runs 5 hp briggs but the drive is shot its a pile of scrap now saved the engin though lol

I think you're selling it short, Nate. Unless you just want it gone quick, I think a $700 - $750 ad would probably sell fast enough - at least around here. But then again, you are in BFE - lol

yeah man the 600 tag is to get someone out of the city to spend 30 bucks in gas to come get it and get a better machine for cheaper than they would in the city

Am I missing something?,come on you guys the newer craftsman's are nothing but MTD clones,they are pretty much what you see at wal mart,I'm thinking $500 would kill the thing but maybe they go for more than that then they do around here.People know about the cheap newer craftsman's around here and you can't give them away.Trust me nate i'm not slamming your tractor but come on dude you worked on it,you know how it's made they are MTD's with a craftsman sticker LOL.Heck man to prove it a lot of the MTD decks now fit a lot of the craftsman's To all of you MTD guys not putting your brand down either but you all know MTD's ain't what they once was either : ) I'm just saying $750-$800 ?? I'd defimnitly would have to keep it people would laugh at me around here for even trying to sell that thing for that lol.Just an example I put the pumpkin out in the front yard this week,(it's a busy street) everyone that drives by slows down or stops but no takers yet,I 'm just thinking $750-$800 for that craftsman and the pumpkin for $1200 with a trailer load of attachments?,I 'm telling you guy if thats the case I definitly live in the wrong state KW

Geography, I'm sure, has a lot to do with it. But also People will pay $700 to $750 for craftsman like that - and believe they got a good deal. Either Nate makes a few extra bucks off it or someone else does

It's also not common knowledge to mister or missus average consumer that craftsmans are MTD... heck, I'd say most don't know that MTD, yard machine, huskee, et al are the same. If they did, I think kmart would sell a heck of a lot of riders and lowes and sears would be struggling with them. Marketing is what it's all about... build a brand and people buy it... if the brand is no longer what it used to be because it was bought out matters not, if the consumer doesn't know it. All this goes beyond mowers, of course... look at Chevy-GMC-Cadilac, Ford-Mercury-Lincoln... each with the same line of cars as the sister company but branded higher-end and marketed for a premium price.

well guys ive gottoen 400 out of alot smaller MTD's than this one i betting on the 600 number

well guys today was a rain day i did get that orange sears roebuck running and posted it on craigs list a guy emailed me and said its not a clinton its a tec he said he would buy it in a heartbeat if he was closer but hes not but i did fix the listings lol its from the early 70's man this guy even gave me the model number off the engine with out knowing anyting about the mower just had a pic to go off it this guy knew his stuff

yeah jake there is no name on the motor anywhere or insignias just a model number and the guy said clinton and tec copied each other back then so they looked alot alike
