Bantam Build

Thanks. It was a basket case a few weeks ago. Some one bought it and took it apart then lost interest. Then they wern't sure how to put it back together. It's a town laundal. This verson was only built in 1966. It was the only one with out a rear quarter window. The motor numbers match. It has the police interceptor. The car has 90,000 miles on it. I just need to weld on the lower quarter panel on the passenger side. I haven't put the interior back in yet. but it is perfect except for the carpet. It's missing. The car runs and drives good. It will lay rubber all the way down the street. It has power steering, power breaks, and disc brakes. I have wanted to build one for over 25 years. but never found the right deal. I got it for $1000.00.

i can only find old pics the paint turned out bad not to proud of it right now don't even know if i got any i know i got video anyways new quarters,fuel tank 350 with GS carb/intake with headers runs really strong supposed to be 300 hp.you can melt the tries without power braking that i know lol

nice stuff larry that a plymouth volari i see? love the T bird kent interiors i really always liked in those.

Its a 78 dodge Aspen special factory 360 The other dodge 33 is not factory it has a 360 crate engine vette rear and is far from stock. the 49 is a 318 with a 4 speed going to be just a cruiser going to finish it off cheap and use it to death!!![img][/img][img][/img][img][/img]

well dang larry a plymouth volarie looks just like that had a silver one lol.real nice cars man mainly what i want to do with the buick to make it look really decent a drive it don't care about a show car want to make it how i want it,to prove it it's gonna have 69 barracuda chrome louvers on the hood with stripes...

messing with the colors guys hang with me will look goofy for a little while hey halloween is coming up getting ready lol

if you look hard the trophy is on the seat!! haha if you look 2 cars over from us the red car is a Haines first one I have ever seen never even heard of them till today real cool old car!!

Well as long as you like pics heres the 41 ford just sold it but brought home a 1932 chevy it was a former winner at Hershey really nice car!! you can see my daughter in the 41 she cried when she realized it was gone!!

love the chrome louvers actually color an all of it!.I'm just not very smart on cars mid 40's and earlier.Late 50's and up i can hold my own .Anything you have is out of my league larry old betty buick is about as good as it will get for me not complaining tho i know a lot of guys would be glad to have a car like it,good enough for me want a decent solid old driver i wouldn't have the nerves or patience to keep up with a show car.Shoot i sold the motomower i just restored because i didn't want to hassle with worrying about covering it up and getting it scratched up lol.easier to sell it and move on.

I love the style of your car the Buick is a great car and I seen the videos last year seems like it is fun to drive ! looked like you and your uncle were having a blast. the paint in the pics you posted looks good I want to see it when you do the hood scoops !

here is a recent pic paint sucks (i didnt paint it ) masking tape showing you my idea on stripes hope to be red with silver stripes barracuda louvers stripes will be wider at the bottom than shown stripes are made to curve like the front of the louvers if my idea's ever pan out it should look good,actually the color of the motomower I just done is the same paint that was supposed to turn out on the buick not even close!!,,,,,,,KW

yeah when I seen the pic it was the blue and the car looks real nice that color need to see the side in the red!!

trust me larry the paint is bad!!,runs,dirt,overspray etc.It will be repainted this color again but has to be taken back down again a ton of work to do over the winter.
