swap em around and ull pick up some speed LOL fronts are a size smaller than the rear but the tractor was made to sit level wit the stock wheels on it. so since the wheels are bigger than the stock front ones it sits higher | |

| Never under-estimate a bit of oil.
If you can't move it by hand, I'm guessing the throttle wire would just bend.
May have to pull the bracket off to see what's going on. Make sure you see where the spring is attached.
