Moto-mower in Southern Ontario

Here's a Moto-Mower in Southern Ontario. Definitely not 1943 - maybe 1963?

Looks nice and not out of line with his asking price of $300.


Looks like a 6020 with electric start and rear fenders. According to my manuals, electric start was an option.
Has the full belt guard. Motor looks like it might be original.
Only thing I don't like is the hinge on the front.

What is that in the background?

hah! nope it's an older tractor with the street roller wheels on it. basicly a township or county would have a tractor for various uses and would have these as well as other odd things to put on it. like our tractors with different attatchments but a little bigger. it was cheaper back then (and still today) to have one tractor with multiple attachmeant. they are pretty rare, i doubt the owner even knows how rare they are.
would like to know what the tractor is. looks like a international, but the steering shaft is wrong--could be due to the wheels.

I pinged the fellow on kijiji - suggested that he might like to come here. His response was very pleasant.

So I sent him an email - asking about the other tractor in the picture.
