Moto Mower 6023 Tractor

I need a transmission and i can find one online im willing to buy a used transmission but needs to be working Thanks please contact me if you are willing to sell me a transmissin thanks

They are rare in Eastern Ontario.


So far, it looks like all of the Moto-mowers from the 60s used the same rear end.
(Not including some small riding mowers and ones that look like Ropers)

Welcome to the forum. All I can say is good luck! You'll have you're work cut out for ya! I had the same problem and bought 2 via ebay that I had to drive a distance to pick up. One turned out to be good, just needed a few little things like seals, the other has issues. I took what I needed as there were other parts with them and then traded the rest of the stuff away. You'll just have to start watching ebay like a hawk to see what comes up. I believe Dwayne is correct in saying that all of the garden tractor rear ends of the 60's will interchange.

Yup, good luck, I bought one from a guy in Massachusetts for 70$ and shipping was about what I paid, but it was well packed and in good condition. I still have yet to finish the restoration on the Moto I bought it for, but someday I will get to it.
