| I'm working on an F910 with this engine. I think it's only running on 1 cylinder. It's surging and when I take off the right plug it stays the same and it won't run on the right plug by itself. I know it could be a bad plug, but what else should I look at?
Thanks. | |

| welcome dolmar I am not familiar with your engine but I would also start with the plug change it out then my next step would be check for spark I don't know if you have a coil or electronic ignition but that is the next step . | |

| I now have spark on both cylinders. I think it was something loose. It still sturging. I think it's fuel related. It has good spark on both cylinders and good compression (115 and 120 cold) I'm going to change the fuel filter next and go from there. I'm thinking the carb might need rebuilt or cleaned.
Is there something else that could be causing it to surge?

| Chances are its dirt in the carb. or possibly a vacuum leak I usually buy a can of sea-foam and mix up some gas and run it for a while sometimes it clears right up if not then clean out the carb. | |

| The problem is carb related I'm sure. I ran some Berryman's though it and it got better, but not much. It will run just fine if the choke is partially pulled out. I'm going to clean the carb next. I'm thinking this should do the trick.
After I get this running good. Than it's greasing and oil changes and start cutting with her. | |
