/Another nice day today the engine tins are sandblasted primed and painted. A few more nice days will help me get some more done. I think cleaning the gun took 5 times longer than painting but I am hopeing the end results will be worth it... Also took the head off and cleaned it and the piston and valves blasted the head looks better you can just see it in the background..

Nice to see the 190 out! That'll look real nice when finished. I thought you had turf's on the back instead of ags???

I agree! The ags look cool on that machine. Looking at the picture you just posted from when you got it, it looks like it still has the knob on the travel control lever. This is something mine is missing, and the lever is not threaded. According to the parts manual, there is some type of ring that goes underneath the knob to hold it on, but it is NLA. Do you know what this ring looks like??? I'd like to get the knob for mine when I paint it...hopefully next spring.

Evan you really can't see it in pics but it looks like there is needle bearings inside the knob [img][/img]

Hmm...ok..thanks Larry. I'm gonna have to keep my eyes peeled to see what I can come up with here. It looks like in the parts manual there are 2 seperate pieces, the knob, and what is referred to as a ring, which is probably those needle bearings. Per my discussion with Brian Hildreth from Salem Power Equipment, the knob was still available, but the ring was not. Anyways, you motivated me to get my Case out today since it was a nice day. Had to charge the battery for awhile, but once that was done it fired right up...and smoked like a freight train! lol!

In the last picture, I noticed our hitches are different. I know that mine is original as I have seen the same ones on the low profile Case's before...is yours original or is it homemade?
