A guy I met at the local salvage yard salvaged a 48 wards 2 wheel tractor sans engine. Well now its mine, repowered with a 4hp briggs (1 pull to start) and set up right now with my brinley disc. This one is a keeper. Check out the tires! oem 1948!

That is a fine little machine Wards Tom. I have a couple myself, even have those knobbies, although mine aren't as nice as yours. Great find.

thanks. I knew you would like it Casey. You mentioned you have a wards or 2. This is a 48 WS6 made by Waterbury I am told. It is in really nice shape
