| I got the MTD (yard machines) mower today. 20HP, 46" cut. It's really clean. I'll post some pix of it tomorrow. A few years ago I bought a Craftsman 48" deck 26HP (New). It was automatic. I gave it to my FIL when we moved. I needed something a little bigger. He is now unable to use it and is going to give it back to me. I told him if he wanted he could have the one I bought today, but it's not auto. I was just wondering which one you guys think will pull the barrel train the best. I'll be removing the deck from either one. I love this stuff. Eddy | |

| If your only choices are between a Crapsman and an MTD ~~ well, momma always said if ya didn't have anything good to say about sumptin'....... All kidding aside, you'd be better off using one of the rigs in your avitar | |

| I would like to but the tractor is for the hay wagon and the golf cart is electric. But I do appreciate the suggestion. The thing I didn't/don't like about the "Crapsman" is the reverse. It is a safety feature that sucks. The only good thing about it is it's automatic. I've never owned a MTD so I don't know that much about them. I don't know what I'll do, but I'll figure something out. By the way, my mamma told me the same thing. | |

I don't think you will be doing much backing up with a Barrell train on back!! | |

| I hope not. That's the reason I'm thinking the Craftsman. I'll use the other one for something. | |
