Wheel horse Question

There is a spring that goes from the center bracket (under the frame) to the PTO and it came off during my work and I’m not sure how to goes back on. Can you help? A photo maybe or a drawing from a shop manual. The only manual I have is the parts manual and it does not show where to attach the spring.
