EMAIL:Hi folks…Looking at you collections & really enjoying myself. Question for ya. I’m looking at a Model 185 & if everything checks out, I’ll buy it. My question is…where do you guys get the hub caps? They really look sharp. I like the smaller ones.

you should go on the motomessenger forum the guys may be able to help as far as the 185.The hubcaps are easier to get hold of than you might think,just about any simplicity dealer has the smooth type,you can get 6's 8's or 12 inch,the 6's will fit the same wheel that the 8's fit on the bigger garden tractors,they are also my favorite to they show more wheel like the 12's on the back,briggs and stratton believe it or not makes the smooth chrome hubcaps.The john deere ones are still sold thru john deere,a lot of guy's on ebay sell JD hubcaps telling everyone they are obsolete,it really irritates me they are ripping people off,they buy them thru JD mark them up lying that you can't get them anymore,,,take care,KW
