| Went out and this followed me home 1967 suburban 12 with a deck and a plow the guy told me he couldn't get it running and wanted it sold I got it home by-passed the solenoid runs great.[img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img] | |

| Nice work Larry. Dont tell me the pliers on the seat were used to jump the solenoid. Remember, ya always want to use the right tool for the job. | |

| No I used those to loosen the ignition switch that was put in sideways. As you can see I just mover the positive cable to the starter side of the solenoid so when I turn the charger on it starts | |

| Oh don't take it wrong I have used plyers and many other items to jump it but not this time probably would have but have you ever seen where the solenoid is on these no way to get them in there I am quite sure I am like you whatever works in a pinch.... | |

| Well 17 dollars for a new solenoid and she runs great going to make a nice tractor. | |
